Explore yoga from the ease of a chair! Chair Yoga allows movement in and out of poses using the chair as a prop. It’s great for anyone with challenged mobility, particularly in knees and hips, making movement more accessible. This series will include seated poses and standing poses using the chair for balance and support. Participants will gain knowledge about how to use a chair to modify yoga poses and receive the same benefits as if you were on the floor.
For this series, a straight back chair is necessary.
