Chair Yoga is great for anyone! Explore yoga from the ease of a chair and get the same benefits as if you were on the floor. Chair Yoga allows a person to move in and out of poses using the chair as a prop. It’s great for those with arthritis or other conditions that make mobility challenging. Also good for office workers or anyone who wishes to practice off of the floor.
