Yoga and sound blend together to create an serene environment where participants can find a deep meditative state of relaxation.
• A series of seated, slow and graceful yoga movements to help muscles relax and tension release.
• various meditation techniques, including Sound Meditation, using a combination of instruments such as crystal & Himalayan bowls, bells, and chimes to add to the meditation experience.
