Yoga for All Levels

Whether it’s your first yoga class ever or you are more experienced, this class encompasses what everyone needs. Fundamental postures will be explored with modifications offered to ensure that everyone finds optimal alignment for their body. Focus is placed on combining breathing techniques with movement to create an overall experience that helps you to StaCentered. Build strength, increase flexibility, reduce stress and enjoy moments of peace. Please bring a yoga sticky mat and two yoga blocks. $15 per class
