Yoga for Strength
Class is open solely to members of the Two Rivers community. This class encompasses what everyone needs: building strength. Focus is placed on combining breathing techniques with movement to create an overall experience to build strength and stamina, increase flexibility and reduce stress. Modifications will be offered. Prior yoga knowledge is helpful but not mandatory.
