has been practicing yoga since 1999. Through the Pranakriya School of Yoga Healing Arts, Stacee completed both her 500-hour certification and prenatal yoga training. She is the founder of StaCentered Yoga, LLC, providing on a gentle style of yoga centered on breathwork and relaxing sound meditations.
Stacee originally started her yoga practice to relieve her migraine symptoms and to reduce stress but quickly became intrigued by the many benefits of yoga.
She maintains that yoga brings a sense of serenity to her life and she’s passionate about helping others find that within themselves.
By incorporating Sound Meditation, with the use of quartz crystal singing bowls, Himalayan singing bowls, chimes and wind gong, Stacee provides a deeply relaxing experience that helps everyone StaCentered.
Off her mat, Stacee enjoys traveling, indulging in spas and cooking. She completed the Culinary Health and Healing program at Maryland University of Integrative Health to begin offering whole food nutrition guidance. Coupled with yoga and meditation this is a winning combination to heal mind and body.
