Employees strive for a suitable balance of home and work life but rarely feel as they can achieve it. How it works:

Classes are designed specifically for the participants of the program to ensure maximum benefits! All levels are welcomed and no prior experience is needed. Each class will include:


  • Breathing techniques to calm the mind, reduce tension in the body and increase focus
  • Safe, guided movements in and out of yoga postures
  • Building strength, increasing flexibility and lifting energy

Getting Started:

Through our initial consultation, we’ll discuss in-depth the expectations and goals for the program. We’ll also discuss a fee schedule that works for the company, whether classes are employer subsidized or employee sponsored.

To select a suitable location, consider conference rooms, lunch rooms or a company gym. Typically, classes will meet once a week for 60-75 minutes for 6-8 week sessions. The best class times are either before or right after normal work hours. Employees will be responsible for bringing their own yoga mat.
